We encourage all potential clients to call us to arrange a complimentary Initial Consultation regarding any or all of the services we provide.
Determining the fair market value of your practice should be done before you make or consider any major changes to it. In addition to the obvious, an accurate appraisal will provide you with a base line which can be used for planning purposes or even for measuring the results of making operational changes to the practice. There are many reasons why you would want to have your practice appraised and these would include:
* Preparation for a sale.
* Succession, estate and retirement planning.
* Matrimonial requirements.
* Incorporation requirements.
* Partnership planning.

Hill Kindy appraisals are based on generally accepted business valuation principals which will be understood and supported by all major financial institutions and accountants with experience in business and practice valuation. We have been told that the high quality and content of our appraisals is unmatched in the current marketplace.
We will be happy to update your appraisal at no cost at anytime in the future should you wish to list your practice with us for sale. After preparing your appraisal and reviewing it with your other advisors you may decide not to sell right away – no problem – when your ready we will update your appraisal at no charge and sell it at the appropriate time.
Hill Kindy also recognizes that an appraisal may be all that you want. We understand that you may want to sell your practice privately to a colleague or friend. We are happy to assist in that process by making sure that you know what your practice is really worth so that you can transact a fair deal.
